Not the same as the picture
I ordered from Sears Parts Direct because I expected an exact match of the rack that needed replacement, but it wasn't. What I received in the mail isn't the same as the picture. Plus the wheels were bent and this rack holds less dishes. If was I knew I was going to get a generic replacement and not an exact match, I would have paid for a cheaper one with a different website. I'm disappointed and I'll be calling customer service. Update: I called customer service and they are sending me another one but they don't know if it will be an exact match or not. I guess we'll see. If it's not, I will return it.
