a couple hiccups

I ordered the part online, received in 7 days, the motor was the only thing in the package, no fan, wires or instructions, no identifying mark on motor or package. called rep, was sent a replacement package and a return label, waited another 7 days. This time everything was in the box. I had to go to the UPS store to return the first part but that went well and there was no cost to me. Installed the fan on the motor and installed into refrigerator. I had already stripped inside the freezer section to access the fan, upon reapplying the power there was a clicking noise. I removed the motor and i had to pull the fan away from the motor a little bit to clear the fan from hitting the motor. This should have been covered in the instructions. once that was corrected i reassembled the freezer area to the normal working configuration.

Motor Evap , incomplete part?

The motor evap part that was sent to me does not have the mounting brackets on the side of the motor part. This makes it impossible to mount. The picture of the part has the correct mounting brackets as well as the diagram on the instructions that came with the part. This is the second time I have been sent the part without the mounting brackets?
