Ordered, waited, waited, waited, called, called, called and was told item was unavailable and would never be available. Try looking at various Sears Stores. Cancelled order. Out of the blue on 10/10/2020 product arrived. Guess what? I had given the trimmer to a junk dealer. Cannot wait to see if you guys try to charge me for it. Note: I am 73 and have always bought Craftsman tools and equipment. So all good things eventually aren't. Bill
