I received the wrong part. I had to call customer service because the return label indicated I would not get the shipping cost back from my purchase. When I called, the assistor agreed to reship the correct part rather than refund the money, as long as I shipped back the incorrect part. The next day, I received an email indicating that the incorrect amount had been credited back to my card. A second call to customer service showed that I had to recharge the purchase in order to receive the correct part. She did give free shipping to cover the difference between the incorrect refund, which was appreciated. Now waiting another 10 days to see if this one is correct.

Could not get the right part until I ordered from Sears. Was easy to install and fit perfectly. So glad I didn't give up after the first two wrong parts from Amazon sellers advertising parts they didn't have,
