Craftsman 42" Mower Deck Replacement
Took a little time swapping all the parts over from the old mower deck to the new mower deck but was straight forward. Exact replacement. Everything fit perfectly.

Moderately easy
Came as a plain stamped metal deck as described. Took about 2 hours to transfer parts from old deck. All bolt holes aligned properly, but be advised this deck fits multiple products so there are holes that may not be used by yours.

Somewhat Challenging to Install
This was a great price for the deck. A little difficult to install since everything has to be removed from the old deck and put on the new (that is if you don't purchase new blade spindles as well). 4 of the 6 bolts securing the blade spindles broke off so had to drill them out and re-tap them. I'd recommend purchasing new blade spindles if your bolt break like mine did. Other than that the install was not bad at all.
