Worst experience ever
If I could give zero stars I would. I am so disappointed in Sears. First off the parts were supposed to have been delivered by May 1st then it was May 4th -7th. On the 7th I tried calling at least 4 times before finally speaking to someone. They couldn't tell me when to expect the package since it was a vendor item. On the 9th I called again 4 or 5 times before finally getting through to someone, no help. I called on the 19th after 4 times finally spoke to someone again, I was told they couldn't give me an updat e so I told them to cancel the order and was assured it was cancelled. I received the wrong parts on May 15th, there were 2 filters in the package, so I returned the items. This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had with Sears. I was also told each time I called I would be gettin emails with updates , this is the first email I received.
