Uit must have been a returned to service control

The unit must have been a previously returned to repair unit. This unit rests the clock after every use of the burners, or an oven. Clock resets while a time oven cokking is taking place. I need a replacement for this bad unit.

Part didn't work. Had to pay a repairman to come out and run a diagnostic (additional $104) to verify this. Part had to be returned and reordered. No range for an additional 1-2 weeks. Not happy.
