Antiquated business model

Calling the customer service department was a step back in time. Any question you asked you basically receive the same answer. It will take 72 hours for you to get a response. It took over 5 weeks to get an answer on a item showing in stock if it will actually ship or not. I asked since this was taking so long if they could expedite shipping. The customer service rep laughed a lil bit and said we don't do that. After this experience I would recommend exhausting all other options of getting parts first before getting wrapped up in these antiquated policies. It was unfortunate to experience this from Sears. At one point I felt like needing to get a fax machine from the thrift store to be able to communicate on their level.
