Supposedly an exact replacement for original charger, but this replace would not indicate full charge even after a 12 hour charge.

Plug and Play. I had a portable flash light and drill combo that I was unable to use because the charger broke 1 yr after buying them. I just never got around to buying a new charger. Then I bought this one and it had been working great.
