Could have been worse.

Part was poorly packaged, and therefore damaged on arrival. I decided to install in spite of the bent corners. There were no instructions. I downloaded instructions from another site, and the swap took less than an hour.

It was easy to install and took only 30 minutes. It wasn't an exact fit, but was close enough for our older stove. There's a gap between stovetop and back piece, hope grease doesn't build up....
