Love my new Side by Side refrigerator. Nice functional features such as an air filter to keep the inside smelling fresh and free from odors. The interior is deeper than it looks from the outside so I am able to store more food.

Good value & function

I've had my new FG refrigerator for a few weeks and I am happy with it so far. I think it is good value & function for the price. While the dimensions are the same as my old Kenmore Elite, this FG is less cubic feet (25 vs 28) so I have to organize food slightly differently, but it's not a problem. I like the way the FG looks overall (I wanted something basic with clean lines) but the door shelves are plastic and while they look nice, I wish they were glass as I'm afraid over time they may crack or stain. I saw comments about the FG being 'loud' but it is very quiet except for the ice maker, which is loud when then cubes drop into the container, but we don't use a lot of ice so it doesn't bother me as it's infrequent.

I think the refrigerator but find the drawers and bins to be terrible quality - cheap plastic .the refrigerator also came with damaged drawers - crispers.
