Yes
My refrigerator was not cooling and I did not have insurance to cover the high and unreasonable cost technicians will charge. After researching on various "how to..." sites, I learned that a capacitor and/ or start relay is the probable cause. The Sears Representative worked with me through chat line and found the parts I'll need for my model. The model is over 10 years. The parts were mailed to mail within the 5 days promised. It cost $95 for the parts. I was ecstatic when I heard the click that will start the compressor and the fridge started to get cool about 2 hours after initial start up.
