Very easy to work with.
The product was very well packaged. Instructions were clear. Once I had removed the various parts/aspects of the washer shielding the location, the rest was easy.

Wasn't to bad to install
The hardest part was putting the gasket retainer wire back on. Be sure to use some dish soap and water to line the rubber

The heater sent is not what is pictured or what was originally in the washing machine. It does work. Plenty of YouTube videos explaining how to R&R the part.
