E7 Stacking switch error The pedestal washer will not operate as a standalone unit. It must be stacked under a full-size, compatible LG laundry appliance. The stacking switch won't operate if the pedestal washer is stacked under a non-LG appliance or an LG laundry appliance manufactured before 2009. If the pedestal washer is properly stacked under a compatible LG laundry appliance, then the stacking switch could be disconnected or defective. Unplug the pedestal washer and check the wire harness connections between the stacking switch and the electronic control board. Reconnect any loose wires or replace the wire harness if damaged. If the wire connections are okay, replace the stacking switch.
