Switch key 22255 is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part that fits some Craftsman saws, drill presses, jointer/planers, lathes, planers and sanders.
Switch key 22255 unlocks the power switch to let you turn on the power tool.
Replaces original Craftsman power tool switch key part numbers 60256 and 9-22255.
Fits some 113-series and 165-series Craftsman power tools.

These keys are something to keep extra around without them the tools don't work and can't get them any where else Most of my tools are Craftsman . So I got extra

key removed from package and inserted into switch on band saw. the tool was returned to service without a hitch. two keys cost about $6 and weigh about an ounce in the wrapper. shipping was about $9. shipping cost out of balance with product size, weight and cost.

Easy to install, fit old saws perfectly.
Happy to find this part since my old saws would not start without the safety key. But price was very high $5.99 + shipping, or about $19 for two small pieces of plastic!
