Range Oven Igniter 9758079

My repair needed to be done immediately and Sears had the part right on time!

I put this off for a few months because i thought it would be a chore to find. After a short google i found parts direct and the diagram showed me the part i needed. The part was a perfect fit. the oven started up immediately after it was replaced. If your oven just clicks over and over and never ignites this is the part you need.

Was proper part to repair my oven. Easy to replace with just a couple of hand tools.

Works just fine and easy to install. Parts person was very helpful and nice.

all you need is is philips screw driver. remove bottom cover, and the defusung pan under that and the gas tube(carefully) - the igniter wire needs to be disconnected to reuse on new one. it is short so do not bend excessively - i used plyers to help. took about 20 min.

Everything was fine as far as the installation, just took the part a little longer than I expected

Once I figured out how to get a wrench on the screws it took 5 minutes to replace. Awkward spot for a short person like me!

Part was not to hard to install, took about 10-15 minutes.
