Ordered the part on 28 July and received confirmation with estimated delivery on 6 August. Received a backorder notification on 3 August with estimated delivery on 31 Augugst. This part is for a house that is on the market and expected to sell prior to 31 August, so I called Sears PartsDirect and canceled the order. Received an e-mail on 9 Aug that the order could not be canceled because the part had already shipped, and instructions to return the part were included in the e-mail. When attempting to return the part, the website indicates that the part cannot be retuned. To make matters worse, the part arrived bent. Fortunately, I was able to procure the item via eBay faster and in better condition.
