It works but....
After a fairly difficult process of ordering this part on line, I installed it today. It would be nice if Sears Direct included a link for installation instructions, but I found a Sears Direct how to video on line. However, I had to find a separate video to assist in how to re-install the dishwasher door cover. You may find the same part cheaper elsewhere.

easy installing
It took 30 minutes. Our dishwasher was a little cramp which took a little longer to get the clamp on. UTube videos helped a lot. At first it still won't take water in, so we also had to clean out the tub to the dishwasher from the intake value to get left over sediment out. Works perfectly now.

Kenmore Headache
This has been a pain in the neck. The part had to be shipped to me. It cost $76.00 plus shipping. When I got the part is was defective just like the one replaced. I'm so frustrated because this washer is only like 2 years old. So I decided I'm sick of dealing with this Kenmore nightmare, I found a stainless steel whirlpool for $50 online and bought it. It runs so quite and does a great job. No more Kenmore headache products for me

Water inlet valve - doesn't last very long
This part fixed the problem. I bought the same part last April (4/25)... guess these things only last 11 months? Would expect the parts to last a little bit longer?ø\_(_)_/øÊ
