Replaced ice maker that leaked.
Ice maker super easy to replace. Did not need the water valve but only the complete unit was in stock. New ice bucket is smaller than the old one

Worst service ever
Sent the wrong part three times, very unhelpful on the phone, tracking was wrong two times, spent hours on the phone, you guys will be out of business very soon.

My repair did not happen bc you sent the wrong ice maker I was suppose to receive a return label but didn't get that I need to return this ice maker and my credit back

Worth the investment and installation was easy.
Install was easy and the product works great. I though I was going to have to call a repairman to fix this but it can easily be done on your own. You just need some basic tools. In my case I only needed to replace the unit inside the freezer and not the water control valve so that made it much easier. I kept the unused parts for spares in case I need them later.
