I was not able to get this deck part of the mower shipped directly to my house. And when I did get the package it had some holes in it and some nuts and washers and a spring were missing.

Disappointed
Installed the deck assembly which wasn't bad at all. When I tried to engage the blades to mow my lawn, It ended up smoking up the belt...stopped to see what was causing this issue. Turned out the blade near the chute was hitting the deck. I verified that the correct blades were installed. They were the correct ones for my model and connecting this deck assembly fit like a glove. I had to cut a 1/4 off the blade.in order for it to work. Paying over $900.00 which include the high shipping fee had made me very upset. I would be glad to return this and replace it with one that doesn't require any modification...just make sure the blades rotate manually before shipping the new and I will return this unit one back but will not pay the shipping......if you need pictures, I will dismantle it put one of my new blades on and you will see that it gets jammed on the unit.

The new mower deck arrived as promised'however the packing was damaged'but the mower deck was fine'one bolt and nut escaped'along with the assembly guide'I'm sure UPS has a barrel full of miscellaneous parts'I was able to salvage a wheel from the old deck so all is well' The new deck fit just like the old one'no improvements in 10 years'.thanks'nat

Works like a new mower
Easy to assemble and mount on lawn mower, minor adjustments needed (as expected). Box damaged and was held together with a lot of tape, all parts were there.

Easy too install
Installation took 15 minutes with another 15 minutes to install anti scalp wheel and level. The weight of the deck itself makes it easier to install the wheels with the deck suspended by the mower. The washout hole was drilled to large so it was not able to be installed. Everything else went without any problems and the deck worked well. Shipping cost seemed high.
