This replacement electronic control board for a Kenmore dyer model number 11062062102 is a microcomputer that controls the functions of all the dryer's electronic components.

Unplug the dryer before beginning to make the repair.

Taking out the old electronic control board requires opening up console. Remove the 2 screws from the front corners that secure the console to the top of the dryer, then tip the console back on its hinges.
