i was having problems with buttons not working .It was easy to install took about 20min .Now all buttons work.

On the old panel, only some of the buttons worked. The new panel was easy to install by sliding the oven out slightly and removing four screws on the sides and then four screws holding the circuit relay board. Reinstall the relay board, plug in the ribbon strips, and reinstall the panel. To state the obvious, ensure power is off to the oven before starting. Oven works great now!
