Works great, poor shipping protection

Took about 2 hours to install, you'll need to re-use all mounting hardware. Will also need sealant to re-seal pass thru connections. The motor came poorly packaged in the box, almost no protection. Motor fan shafts had no protection on threads, and because motor was free to move around the box the ends had punctured the box in multiple places. Somehow both ends of the shaft had not bent during shipping, poor job
