A bad experience

Not a very good experience with this company. I own a laundromat & one of my large commercial washers was broken, I was told by 2 different parts sales people that everything I needed was included in this $600+ part according to the manufacturer's diagram. I waited 3 weeks for the part, had 2 repairmen here to fix my commercial washer, and the water seal part was not included. Apparently it doesn't come with....2 different sales people didn't know that? When I called to complain and find out what to do a third sales person got quite short and snippy with me on the phone, so I requested to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor apologized, agreed the parts sales people need more training, explained the water seal part is never included and that I should have been told that, quoted me a price for the part & offered to ship it out(was going to take 2 more weeks, ugh!) at a 25% discount w free shipping. I agreed because I desperately needed the part. The very next day....wait for it....I received an email saying the part was out of stock, no current re-stock date, and my money was going to be refunded. The supervisor didn't know that or see it on the computer when he talked to me? SAD! I subsequently found the part from another company that actually put me on hold to verify they had it in stock, nice people! Not sure I will continue to do business with Sears Parts Direct, oh and did I mention this was my first time ordering from them?
