Very poor service
I ordered blades for my 42Ó craftsman riding mower . I gave the model #. I received one blade. My mower obviously takes two blades.l am quite disappointed with your service. I ordered a set of four blades on line for 4 $ more than your charge for 1. I will never buy from sears again.

Replacement blades for riding lawn tractor
Once I figured out the tractor model number (only found in one spot and it was partially scratched off) it was easy to get the correct blades. Much cheaper than what the Sears repair technician was offering.

The blades they sent weren't the correct blades.
The blades sent were not correct for my Sears tractor. The ÒstarÓ pattern doesn't match my tractor's.

Parts department error
I talked to someone at the parts department and he assured me this was the mulching blade we needed even though the picture e different. ÊGuess what! Ê It was the blade in the picture. ÊNow I am stuck with having to return it during this mandatory stay at home period.Ê

Perfect
