I don't even think you can call it "installation." One of the knobs on our gas cooktop broke, so we ordered a replacement part through Sears Parts online. The hardest part was figuring out the correct replacement part, but the Sears customer service helper on the other end of my chat session found the right model/ style. Ordering, paying, & shipping were all totally straightforward. The "installation" simply involves opening the shipping box, pulling the old broken knob up off its spot on the cooktop, and popping the new knob back in its place. Done. Now we can use that burner on the stove again. Easy. My only complaints are how shockingly expensive the replacement knobs are ($70 per knob!) and that the original knob broke in the first place (~8 years old). The replacement process was simple.
