Sent wrong part after live chat
After 20 minutes on the live chat I was told to order the above cord for my Kitchenaid mixer it was the wrong part. When I called back I was told that they do not stock my part but a different rep told me the part number. I ordered blind from the next online retailer and that part was wrong too and now I am paying for the return oostange on that to get a refund.
