The model of the freezer door is poor. When I called to order the gasket someone should have told me. Unless your Sears network doesn’t show that in the computer system for your employees to see? I’m out $80 and then when I chatted with someone they basically told me to call a phone number?! What’s chat for then? Why should I have to call someone? I asked for an email and the chat person said you don’t have one. I guess I’ll just continue to use duct tape. There’s no way we could even return to gasket if we wanted because when we tore out the old gasket it ripped. The new gasket made it even worse. Poor design on the freezer door. Maybe update your employees knowledge on the model of our freezer so someone else doesn’t lose out on $80. A new gasket will NOT solve the issue of freezer door staying shut!!
