[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom has had this griddle for over 2 years now, and she absolutely loves it. She was a chef for well over 25 years and said it has one of the best and well made surfaces she has used, outside of work. She always advices to clean it with warm water and a gentle scrubbing. She also tends to add a bit of water to the surface without spilling, brings it close to boiling without letting the water evaporate, then washes it. This has helped keep the quality of the griddle well.
