Switch was exactly what I was looking for
I did not need the switch, only the metal lever that pushes against the door and the switch. The old switch is a SPST N.O. Switch and the switch that was included was a SPDT switch, giving the ability to use it in various machines

Right part and good directions
I think someone broke the tab off while pulling out laundry and it was a very quick and easy fix. The included directions helped and the part was shipped in a timely manner.

A little difficult to line up screws.
As title states, it was a little difficult to line up screws. Also, I had to change positions for two wires to get it to work right.

over-priced and useless accessories
It was the right switch to replace my failed lib safety, but the bracket/lever was useless for my model of washer (used original parts). After ordering, I found the same name-brand switch for half the price on Amazon. SHipping was crazy expensive and not mentioned by the service advisor, who also kept trying to up-sell me on other products.

Replacement Part For 32 Year Old Washing Machine
My Kenmore washing machine is 32 years old May 2020. The lid replacement part, which stops the machine when on the spin cycle, does not look exactly like the 32 year old part, however the part does fit/work. Just because the part looks different does not mean it will not be comparable to the machine. Try it, before you rerun it.

Great Fit
Hard to find part fit perfect. Easy to replace. Only place I could find that could ship in less than two days. Part was reasonably priced and was an original replacement switch for an older dryer.
