Wrong Filter
I ordered a 5230W1A011C charcoal filter and was sent a 5230W1A011E. I called Sears Direct and was told to return the incorrect filter and that the correct one ending in "C" would be sent to me. However, the incorrect filter ending in "E" was sent to me once again. I called again and was told that they are trying to see what happened, and that they would get back to me. I am very disappointed, because I need to change the filter in my microwave oven.
