The plastic portion of my Kenmore refrigerator crisper cover had broken and since Sears was essentially out of business, I did not think I would be able to replace the crisper cover, but in desperation I pulled out my owner's manual and found a phone number. I called the number and the lady who answered the phone was so knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant I could not believe it. It took her seconds to locate the crisper cover part and get it headed my way.
The replacement came in just a few days. The crisper cover did not fit perfectly, but with a little zorching and compromising, it was fixed, and it felt like I had a brand new refrigerator. I failed to get this employee's name and feel badly about that. If I could, I would nominate her for the "Employee of the Year" Medal. A very special "THANK YOU" goes out to her from me. It has been a very long time since I have had that pleasant an experience on the phone with any business or company employee. Thank you, Amazing Employee" for bringing a part of yesteryear back for me.
