So easy to install. Washing machine repaired to as

Perhaps a 30 minute job, though we were very deliberate in going through all the steps. Next time might be a lot faster.

Direct replacement.

I took off the front on the washer because I decided to replace the door boot. The pump was easy to access. No problem sliding out the old pump using a flat screwdriver to push out the rubber feet. New drain hose feature is a bonus. I had already cleaned out the drain hose and the rubber flex boot from the drum. Strongly recommend cleaning all the connected equipment while accessible. Years of soap scum, etc.

Easy in stall of washer drain pump.

You only need a par of pliers to remove the hose clamp and the rest can be done by hand. The only hard part was placing the plug on the back of pump because you can not see it, you have to feel it, and you may need a screwdriver to help remove old pump to push on rubber feet, mine was stuck. It took me about 20 min. to do the hole thing. I am a house wife and I did this repair myself. I think this can be done anyone.
