Other than being new to ordering anything on line and frustrated with how it works. I had a great experience in the end. Mostly because I got the part to fix my oven. My brother had ordered the part from an appliance place on line and it arrived broken and not complete. That is, we could not put all the pieces together and get a whole igniter. Which to me means it was broken when it was packed and shipped. Very disappointing. So other than my difficulties with ordering on line and the time it took to arrive, I was very pleased with the results. I want to mention that the guy that helped me was great once I figured out how the "chat" thing worked. Like I said, I'm new at this. I wish I could remember his name, but he helped me through it and even sent me a photo online so I could compare it and make sure it was the right part, a part i could not get locally.
