One bearing failed immediately during install.
I purchased four bearings and when i went to install each on my two lawn mowers one bearing can apart .during installation.

Poor customer service
Was not the right part, and there was no returns. This is poor customer service. I always had good luck with Craftsman products, but I may never buy them again if I can't return parts that were not the right ones.

They show these bearings as being for the model of lawnmower I have, but when they arrive they are in no way the right ones!! And they don't let you return them.

THE PART THAT WAS SENT TO ME DOES NOT FIT. IT WAS ADVERTIZED TO FIT MY CRAFTSMAN LAWNMOWER BUT IT WILL NOT WORK AND IS NON RETURNABLE.I CAN'T USE THESE WHEEL BEARINGS.
