Moderate

I'm pretty handy with tools, but had trouble getting the old (broken) glide out. Neither a Phillips head nor an allen wrench worked--they slipped around in the indentation on the screwhead. Luckily, my son told me the screw had a square head and was able to remove it with an adjustable wrench. Putting in the replacement was easy after that.
