Tire/Wheel Replacement
Due to corrosion, I had to cut off the original tire and rim. After cleaning and mounting the tire, installation was a breeze. 5 minutes. Putting the tire on was an hour long process. And I had to take the wheel to a tire shop to get it inflated.

Hard
You must have tool to get lock washer off Hub. Then lots of lubricant to loosen up wheel and Rim off axle. Then clean everything. And reinstall Bill L. But first you have to get the correct parts?????
