Wasn't OEM, won't work on my dishwasher

This part is a substitute for my Kenmore dishwasher model 587.14432202. It isn't even close. The middle of the rack needs to have an opening in order for the washer arm to function properly. This rack doesn't have it. Nice try Sears. Unfortunately it's not going to work for me.

Order was received promptly and in good condition. I was unable to get the original rack and this was listed as the replacement and it did fit but had a lot less space for placing dishes. The dish washer is already very small even for two people so the decreased available space was a real problem

This replacement rack is designed so different from the original that it's not worth the $96. It doesn't hold as many dishes as the original rack. The wheels don't even slide as well as the original rack. I did not install or use this rack. It's just not worth the money.
