The control cable snapped. No cable, no go. The right parts make a repair a snap and the mower lives again! Had to watch a couple YouTube videos to understand how to remove the old and add the new part with the least amount of brute force possible. But in the end, all good.

You should provide push in clips that hold the cables close to the handle railing next time to replace the old ones that need to be ripped out
