We ordered this part only to find it on back order. It took three weeks of calling and filing an official complaint to get a refund. They kept telling me that in order to refund me my money they needed to hear from their manufacturer first. I should not have to wait for their communication issues to pan out in order for me to get a refund from the company I paid! I did get the refund finally, after spending HOURS on the phone over the course of countless phone calls. HOWEVER, the order itself was never cancelled. We started getting weekly emails informing us of it's backordered status. I called several times to make sure it was not going to be shipped to us... No surprise... it eventually showed up on our door step! I have never encountered a more inept company at communication or customer service. I will NEVER do business with them ever again. Not to mention, I was able to find the same part on ebay (brand new) and have it shipped within a week of my order. Sears is a joke.
