Choose this manufacturer-approved timer for your residential dryer.

This internal timer for a residential dryer controls the drum rotation, motor cycling and heating cycles of the dryer.

  • To remove the old part so you can install this replacement timer, unplug the dryer and pull the timer knob straight off its post. Open the control panel and take out the mounting screws holding the timer in place.
  • As you detach wires from the old timer, reattach them to the new timer one at a time so you do not mix up the wiring.
