Order not fulfilled

These people suck. Do not order from them. I ordered a control panel along with this knob back at the beginning of march. They said they had it in stock. They said it was shipped. I still have not got it today April the 4th. They have not refunded my money. It's like going through the government trying to get your money back. Screw these people I will never order from them again
