Easy , but!
Easy to install ,But it's not the same as the old one . The silverware rack is opposite from the old one . I can not close the soap lid or it can't open . But I can adjust . My old kenmore still cleans like a champ .

Unsatisfied
I am very disappointed in this service when I ordered I put in my model number ordered 1 rack was sent three then the part was too big I called to return the extra parts and verify this part was told it was. Took my top rack apart to fix it and this was not going to fit it was too long and wide so I shipped that one back too. So now waiting for my refund and still looking to get the correct part.

The parts that made up the rollers were different from the original and not very simple to figure out, A one page drawing of parts and how they fit would have been helpful.

No instructions to install rack cart
It took researching the internet for half an hour to fine a video on how to assemble and install the carriage wheels. There was absolutely nothing in the bag of parts or box with an instruction. All videos and instructions your web site was for the wrong unit.
