Poor quality
Piece of plastic lodged inside motor from manufacturing. Pump was locked up. This is the second time in a row I received a defective part from this company.

Easy install after a little tinkering
Took about 45 minutes to swap out and set unit back up, however this was not the problem and I will never buy a kenmore again as the service chat repair men have no idea what they are doing. I changed the float switch, the motor, and the water inlet valve and noe fixed the problem as I was then told it was the control board. Sent all back and still waiting for refunds and went and bought a KitcheAid dishwasher.
