I actually returned this item. The price for one plastic wheel is ridiculously high. I did not even try to install it after realizing that I had paid so much for only one wheel.

Removed the old wheels and cleaned the axels. Sprayed a small amount of oil to lubricate the mechanism, then slid the new tires in place and replaced the nuts. Very easy only took about 40 minutes to clean and replace the tires.
