Reviews
costly, but works well
easy to install, It is merely plastic, so I worry that it may break again, but door is operational now.

Perfect fit
Removal and installation very simple. Disengage garage door from the track, loosen the tension on the chain by loosening the adjustment nuts and replace pulley. Tighten adjustment nuts so chain has about an inch of slack and test. The reason the pulley broke was because there was too much door closing pressure. If guide track bows when the door is shut. The door has to be adjusted.

Easy to install.
Took 5 min. to install the pulley itself. Make sure the chain is pulled back on the track and in the proper position before opening garage door. Otherwise, since the pulley is plastic, the end of the cable/beginning of the chain will try to go through it and break the pulley. This happened twice before it worked the third time. Yes, I bought 3 pulleys! Live and learn...

Tricky to install
Due to tension on the chain/cable, be prepared to use a screwdriver (or a rod of some kind) to exert leverage in getting the bolt back through the mounting holes.
