I found that the motion switch was bad on my mower, looked on line found that Sears had the replacement part, ordered part, received email stating that the part was on back order until Nov 10th, I started looking for the part else where and found it, with a 2 day delivery. Ordered part called Sears to cancel part, waited on hold for up to 15 minutes to cancel the order 1 week later i received the canceled part in the mail, very disappointed in Sears
