The Bags were huge - no space to fold them in
Time wasn't the factor in this case. The size of the bags was too large to fold, the extra size from the bags was an impediment to the vacuum working properly. It was impossible for the bags to inflate with air because of the largeness of their size. Another problem, and probably more important than the first, was the Size of the hole too narrow - too small, I couldn't push it in without tearing the bag itself. So here it goes, the bags into the trash. I asked the operator if I should return them? No see reply, just disregard them - 2 Very larges bags.

Kept sending wrong vacuum bags
I had a terrible experience with Sears Parts Direct. I tried to order new vacuum bags (via the online chat function) and they sent the wrong bags twice. I even gave each representative my vacuum model number each time. When I did the online chat for the third time, the representative said that they did not actually have my bag in stock and referred me to another site. This all took several hours of my time. Check Walmart and Amazon for replacement parts. I love my Kenmore vacuums but am disappointed in trying to find filters and bags once you need to replace them.

I ordered a Hepa filter for an older upright vaccum. What I recieved was 2 Hepa vaccum bags. Fortunately they fit so I will keep. Purchased the filter from another company.
