Four months to receive
Well finally the part came in AFTER my second call and that one was to cancel it. It made me feel as though if I would not call to cancel it, I would still be waiting to receive it. Of course once the order was submitted four months ago, I was immediately charged. And no one followed up to let me know the status. If I would've of call it probably would have fell through the crack and I would have been out of my money

ordering water filter
It was very easy to install. BUT the hard part was obtaining the part. I ordered it in August. I received it in November. The chat persons online were very helpful. The contact persons on the phone were not helpful at all and did not seem to know what was going on and could not help me and did not give accurate information.
