We had developed some mold and the gaskets were looking a little worn after 10 years. Replacing the two refrigerator door gaskets was quite easy. The right hand door is the easier as you just need to pull the old gasket off and put on the new one, took 10 minutes. The left hand door is a little trickier as you need to move the door flipper (plastic piece that closes between the doors). Just remove the nut in the connector in the middle of the flipper and then push the flipper up and it will pop off. We just held the flipper away from the gasket, which we also replaced in a few minutes. Reattaching the flipper was easy.
